General Refund Policy
ICZCUSA Refund Policy
International Customers: Please contact us before returning any product or canceling any training program.
Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 14 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service. We will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage.
Any item or training program you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, etc.), if returned within 21 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, or in the case of the training program is canceled before the third weeks class, will be issued an exchange or refund of merchandise cost or training program only.
Any one time nonrefundable registration fee for a program will not be refunded even if classes are never taken.
Judeo Christian Training, videos, CD’s, cassettes, DVD’s, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee, at our discretion.

Returns may be sent to our post office box via the U.S. Postal Service, using Media Mail if qualified (its cheaper) or you may use UPS.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
